The vinyl lining water barier got stuck to the legs before packaging it looks like it got stuck to the paint on the legs. Leaving a single layer of light canvas to hold on desperately (see picture of light shining through) This is most likely where the cot will fail first. If not the center hinge. Certainly not for the avid camper but will work if you plan to go camping maybe once every few years. Even if the canvas fails I atleast have some canvas on standby and it will work for what I need it for. This is just a review for the next person.
This chapter documents the principles of basic traffic signal timing at an intersection. Signal timing is a collection of parameters and logic designed to allocate the right-of-way at a signalized intersection. A major focus of this chapter is to describe basic signal timing parameters necessary to operate an intersection and guidelines for selecting values for those parameters. The principles described in this chapter are generally applicable to all signalized intersections. To maximize the usefulness and transferability of the information provided, the chapter uses the terminology defined in current traffic signal control standards, such as National Transportation Communications for ITS Protocol (NTCIP) Document 1202 (1) and National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) Standards Publication TS 2-2003 (2), with alternative definitions in some cases.
The MUTCD provides guidance on the application and duration of the yellow change and red clearance intervals. It recommends that the interval durations shall be predetermined based on individual intersection conditions, such as approach speed and intersection width. The MUTCD advises that the yellow change interval should last approximately 3 to 6 seconds, with the longer intervals being used on higher-speed approaches. It also advises that the red clearance interval should not exceed 6 seconds. A recent survey conducted by The Urban Transportation Monitor indicated that practitioners who used a standard red clearance interval used a range from 0.5 to 2.0 seconds.
Variable initial is used in some cases to ensure that all vehicles queued between the stop line and the nearest upstream detector are served. Variable initial uses detector activity to determine a minimum green. Vehicles arriving on red that are not able to reach the upstream detector due to a standing queue will be detected and will extend the green by an amount sufficient to allow them to be served using the passage time. This feature is applicable when there are one or more advance detectors, no stop-line detection, and wide fluctuations in traffic volumes between peak and off-peak hours. Variable initial timing is achieved by programming the following controller parameters: minimum green, added initial, and maximum initial. Their relationship is shown in Figure 5-6.
The manuscript presents original primary research about timing and location of collected seabirds species around New Zealand. The main focus, however, is on the effect of night sky brightness on the location of collection of seabirds. It is assumed that birds are more likely to ground in areas where they are more likely to be collected by the public. I would argue, however, that a systematic approach must be undertaken to come to this conclusion. Therefore, I suggest changing the focus of the paper and include more detailed and clearer description of methods.

VC-33 and VC-35 had by then become attack squadrons with radar and electronic countermeasures equipped aircraft. All weather attack squadrons provided detachments of radar and electronic countermeasure equipped attack aircraft to Carrier Air Groups for night and all weather operations.
The VF(AW) designation was created in 1956 when VC squadrons were redesignated with role descriptive designators. All Weather Fighter squadrons were equipped with radar equipped fighters for night and all weather use. VF(AW)-3 operated as a night fighter squadron when it was still designated VC-3 but became a jet transition unit prior to its being redesignated an all weather fighter squadron. The squadron which was the second to use the VF(AW)-3 designation was a continental defense interceptor squadron. VF(AW)-4 provided night fighter detachments to Carrier Air Groups.

The Acer Nitro XV282K KVbmiipruzx is an excellent gaming monitor. It has a 4k resolution with a 144Hz refresh rate, and it's one of the first monitors to include HDMI 2.1 inputs, so you can reach its full refresh rate over an HDMI connection. It has native FreeSync variable refresh rate (VRR) support, very quick response times, and low input lag for a responsive gaming experience. The large 28 inch screen and 4k resolution help deliver crisp images and clear text. It has an IPS panel with wide viewing angles, meaning it has a low contrast ratio. There's an edge-lit local dimming feature only enabled with HDR content, but it performs terribly and worsens the picture quality. Lastly, the monitor has fantastic ergonomics as you can swivel it a full 360 degrees on its round stand.
Unfortunately, the Acer Nitro XV282K delivers a mediocre HDR experience. It has a low contrast ratio and bad black uniformity, so blacks look gray and patchy in a dark room. Although it has a local dimming feature, it's ineffective at improving contrast and causes terrible blooming around bright objects in dark scenes. It also has just okay peak brightness in HDR, so small highlights don't stand out. On the other hand, it has a good HDR color gamut, with excellent coverage of the most common DCI-P3 color space, and it has fantastic gradient handling.
The Philips Momentum 436M6VBPAB and the Acer Nitro XV282K KVbmiipruzx are different types of 4k monitors. The Acer is designed for gaming and has a higher 144Hz refresh rate for smoother motion. It also has an IPS panel with wider viewing angles, and the ergonomics are significantly better because the stand has swivel and height adjustments. However, the larger Philips is for watching multimedia content and has a 43 inch screen. It's a better choice for watching HDR content because it gets much brighter and has a better contrast ratio, thanks to its VA panel.
The Acer Nitro XV282K KVbmiipruzx and the LG 48 C1 OLED are different types of displays. While the LG is a TV that we tested as a monitor, the Acer is a typical monitor that comes with an ergonomic stand. The LG is larger, but that means the Acer has higher pixel density for clearer text. The LG has an OLED panel with a much higher contrast because it can turn on individual pixels, but the LED panel on the Acer doesn't have the risk of permanent burn-in. They each have HDMI 2.1 inputs, but the Acer has a higher 144Hz refresh rate, and it has a DisplayPort connection, which the LG doesn't.
The Acer Nitro XV282K looks like other Acer Nitro monitors, like the Acer Nitro XV272U KVbmiiprzx. Although it's for gaming, it has a pretty simple design that won't stand out in an office environment. It's mainly black and made with a mix of matte and glossy plastic.
The Acer Nitro XV282K's build quality is decent. It's all plastic except for the metal column on the stand. The screen feels stable on the stand, even during ergonomic adjustments. However, the plastic on the back feels cheap and flexes easily. Also, the bottom bezel is thick and feels flimsy too. Overall, it's well-built, and there aren't too many glaring issues, but there's nothing premium about it either. 781b155fdc
